Shipping ​
Is the shipping free in India?
Yes! As an introductory offer, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders in India. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days once the order is placed.
When will my order ship?
We usually process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do! Express shipping within India is available at a small additional cost and takes 2–3 business days. Just WhatsApp us at +91 98406 00760 to arrange it.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Didn’t receive one within 2–3 days? No worries—just reach out and we’ll help.

Will I receive an order and shipping confirmation once I place an order?
Yes! We will send you an order confirmation email via the email address provided by you during order placement. We will also send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once an order is shipped. We are happy to help you track your shipment and provide you with any assistance you may require post-ordering.
Returns & Exchanges​
Do you offer refunds?
At the moment, we don’t offer refunds on orders. However, we do offer exchange if the product was received in a damaged condition.

Can I exchange my order?
If your box of C’s the World arrives damaged, you can absolutely request an exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for return shipping and may choose any courier service. Please keep your tracking details so we can confirm receipt. Please note that C's the World reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.

How can I place an exchange request if the product has arrived in a damaged condition?
