Shipping ​
Is the shipping free in India?
Yes! As an introductory offer, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above Rs.999 in India. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days once the order is placed.
When will my order ship?
We usually process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we do! Express shipping within India is available at a small additional cost and takes 2–3 business days. Just WhatsApp us at +91 98406 00760 to arrange it.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Didn’t receive one within 2–3 days? No worries—just reach out and we’ll help.

Will I receive an order and shipping confirmation once I place an order?
Yes! We will send you an order confirmation email via the email address provided by you during order placement. We will also send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once an order is shipped. We are happy to help you track your shipment and provide you with any assistance you may require post-ordering.
Returns & Exchanges​
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if something goes wrong with your order. If it arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or refund you.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry, and we’ll make it right! Just get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo or two of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you.

How do I request a replacement or refund?
Email us at sara@cstheworld.com with the subject line “Damaged Order” and include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the next steps.
Can I return something that isn’t damaged?
Unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return. Reach out to us at sara@cstheworld.com and we’ll let you know how it works. Damaged or defective items are always covered, even if opened.

What are the international shipping charges?
For global shipping outside India, the shipping fee starts at Rs.550 and will be applied as applicable depending on the weight of the order and location of delivery.
