C's the World is a brand offering a box of five geography-based card games, designed and sold in India. The website cstheworld.com is owned and operated by C's the World, based in Kochi / India.

2. Use of this Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will provide accurate and current information when placing an order.

  • You will not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its functioning, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

  • All products are described as accurately as possible, including images, dimensions, and contents. Slight variations in packaging, colour, or card finish may occur due to printing processes.

  • Product prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders placed through cstheworld.com are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

  • Orders placed through Amazon India are governed by Amazon's own terms of sale, in addition to these Terms where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within India and to select international destinations.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation email; these are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please get in touch with us at sara@cstheworld.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return, except in cases of damage or defect.

  • Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policy.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the C's the World name, concept, logo, game designs, card artwork, rules, packaging design, photographs, and text is the intellectual property of C's the World. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our games or content without authorisation.

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content related to our brand on any platform.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on our card games.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C's the World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to choking hazards of paper parts or other small parts.
